A return request should be submitted within 14 days after delivery so we can identify the order and provide the next shipping steps.

Requests are handled by customer support using the relevant order number and a quick review of the issue raised by the customer.

Condition of returned items

Returned items should be clean, unused or only tried for standard inspection, and sent back with their original protective elements whenever possible.

Items showing heavy wear, damage, or missing components may be refused or may lead to a reduced refund where legally permitted.

Refund handling

Once the parcel is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method.

The final posting time depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank. Shipping charges or ancillary fees are refunded only when required by law or expressly approved by the store.
